Servicing of refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pumps
Regular maintenance, mandatory checks and fault repairs — so that you do not find out about a problem only when the cooling stops.

Regular service inspections
Checks of pressures, temperatures and circuit tightness, the condition of the compressor, cleaning of the evaporator and condenser, condensate drainage, electrical connections and control settings. After the service, you receive a written report — not just a verbal “everything’s fine”.
Checks under the F-gas Regulation
Equipment containing more than the specified amount of refrigerant has a prescribed leak-check interval and an obligation to keep records. We take care of both the check and the documentation, so you have it ready whenever someone asks for it.
Fault repairs
Leaks, a clogged circuit, a faulty fan, failed controls or a worn compressor. We first find the fault and tell you what caused it — replacing a part without identifying the cause tends to lead to the same failure again.
Temperature monitoring and recording
We add controls and monitoring where temperatures must not only be maintained but also documented. You will learn about a deviation before it affects your goods.

Servicing and maintenance — frequently asked questions
Do you service equipment that you did not install?
Yes. On the first visit, we inspect the equipment, record its condition and the type of refrigerant, and agree on the scope of maintenance accordingly. With older systems, we will tell you honestly if a repair is no longer worthwhile.
How often should a service inspection be carried out?
For air conditioning and heat pumps, usually once a year; for refrigeration equipment in continuous operation, twice a year. In addition, equipment containing more than a certain amount of refrigerant has a leak-check interval set by law under the F-gas Regulation — this is not a recommendation but a legal obligation of the operator.
What does regular maintenance include?
Checking the pressures and temperatures of the refrigerant circuit, its tightness and the condition of the compressor; cleaning the evaporator and condenser; checking the condensate drainage, electrical connections and control settings; and measuring the current draw. After each service, you receive a report on what we found and what we recommend addressing.
How quickly can you respond to a breakdown?
It depends on the distance and our current workload. If a breakdown puts your goods at risk, call us directly — at a moment like that, an email may not be read in time. Customers with a regular maintenance agreement get priority, because we know their equipment and can bring the right part straight away.
Why is regular maintenance worth it?
A clogged condenser increases energy consumption without anyone noticing, a small leak eventually turns into downtime, and a worn compressor is the most expensive component of the whole system. Maintenance costs less than a single day of refrigeration downtime.
Would you like to arrange servicing in advance?
Get in touch and we will agree on the scope and frequency of maintenance based on the equipment you operate.
