What we install

Air conditioning systems to suit your space

Design · Supply · Installation · Service

Split and multi-split units

The classic solution for offices, surgeries, smaller shops and server rooms. A multi-split system connects several indoor units to a single outdoor unit, so your façade does not end up covered in machines. We route the pipework so that the system can be extended later.

Cassette and ceiling-suspended units

Fitted into a suspended ceiling or mounted beneath the ceiling — wherever a wall-mounted unit has no room or would blow air straight at people’s heads. A cassette unit distributes air in four directions and spreads it more evenly across an open-plan space.

Air conditioning for halls and large spaces

Production halls, warehouses and retail spaces where the heat load is not evenly distributed. We solve this with air distribution and by positioning the units according to where the heat is actually generated — not according to the floor plan.

Servicing, cleaning and F-gas checks

Regular maintenance, cleaning of evaporators and filters, refrigerant top-ups and leak checks with documented records. Without maintenance, an air conditioner gradually loses capacity while its energy consumption rises — and the breakdown always comes in the hottest week of the year.

Your questions answered

Air conditioning — frequently asked questions

What kind of air conditioning do I need for an office?

The required capacity depends on the floor area, the orientation of the windows, the number of people and the heat given off by equipment in the room. For a single office, a wall-mounted split unit is usually the answer; for several rooms, a multi-split system or cassette units in the suspended ceiling. We do the calculation during the site survey.

Does air conditioning need regular servicing?

Yes, and it is not just a manufacturer’s recommendation. A clogged filter and evaporator reduce performance and increase energy consumption, and the damp environment inside the indoor unit causes unpleasant odours. In addition, for equipment containing more than a certain amount of refrigerant, the F-gas legislation requires regular leak checks and record-keeping.

Can air conditioning also be used for heating?

Most modern air conditioners are air-to-air heat pumps, so in spring and autumn they can heat more cheaply than direct electric heating. However, if you need a main heat source for the whole building, a heat pump is the right solution rather than air conditioning.

Do you install air conditioning in halls and production facilities?

Yes. Large spaces usually use ceiling-suspended or ducted units, or air distribution systems, rather than wall-mounted units. In a hall, the deciding factor is how the heat load is distributed — a production line is cooled differently from a storage area.

Do you supply the equipment as well, or only install it?

We provide both. We work with brands we have known for years and for which we can source spare parts — with air conditioning, the availability of parts years down the line matters more than the purchase price.
